Research and Development

Original creation, design, research and development

We have our own R&D department and it has also funded up a cooperative project with the Research Insititute of the Jiang-nan University. This has enabled the design work to be carried out for large, domestic supermarkets and has enabled us to win contracts with Sunning electrical appliances, KAWAI and other large, local retailers.

Using research and development design

We have developed a strong R&D team which encourages innovation and experimentation. With more than 17 years of practice and experimentation then we are able to meet the design needs of customers; and we are committed to introducing new technology.

The technology department within our production line has designed specialized equipments and we have also purchased automated machines, Robot welding machines , all of which enhances the quality of the finished goods but because of increased efficiency, saves on production costs.

1.A coordinated ability: The main factories and their access to several hundred local, specialized manufacturers has established a cooperative relationship which focuses production plans on establishing the best product for the best price. There is a unity of purpose which allows us to focus on the larger and more difficult projects. It enables us to be diversified and to meet both big and small orders where we maintain the responsibility for the quality control and eventual shipping of the finished goods.

2.A documented quality control system: In 2002 we gained quality system authentication for IS09001-2000. Our QC Department continues to ensure that we meet the exacting standards of the many well-known international companies that we do business with.

Using the Toyota company production management experience we have been able to reduce the cost of materials and waste. Production steps have been streamlined and developed our own system which we call "One Day Management Procedure"
We also strengthen our competitiveness by implementing the 5S - Visual Management program.

Internal Management and culture

We encourage a learning culture and provide on-going training at the dedicated Training Center. Our enterprise culture encourages innovation and encouragement.

Managers meet weekly to exchange the work experience and suggest improvements.
